Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fan Signature Co., we provide premium football memorabilia to fans worldwide. As a business operating within the European Union, certain purchases are protected by EU consumer law. The policies below ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.


1. Order Processing & Cancellations

24-Hour Processing Window

To ensure fast fulfillment, orders begin processing 24 hours after they are placed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting:

After Processing

Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order will have entered our fulfillment and international shipping process and cannot be cancelled while in transit. However, EU and UK customers still retain their statutory right of withdrawal after delivery (see Section 3).


2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeframe

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, we aim to deliver all orders within 30 days of purchase.

Tracking Updates

International shipments may experience temporary tracking pauses of 7–12 business days while moving between international sorting hubs and local delivery partners such as DPD, DHL, or An Post.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for more than 30 consecutive days, the shipment will be classified as lost and we will provide either:

• A full refund, or
• A free replacement item


3. EU & UK Right of Withdrawal (14 + 14 Rule)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal.

Notification Period

You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Window

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Return Condition

Items must be returned:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With the included Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, or damage may be eligible only for a partial refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the original payment method.


4. International Orders (Outside the EU/UK)

For customers located outside the EU or UK:

Returns are only accepted if the item:

• Arrives damaged
• Is defective
Does not match the product description

Due to international customs procedures and logistics costs, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for international orders once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• We will cover all return shipping costs
• A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and providing clear photos of the item and packaging.


6. Product Authenticity

All jerseys sold by Fan Signature Co. are premium memorabilia display pieces featuring high-quality printed replica signatures.

These items are not hand-signed autographs unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Each item includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) confirming its memorabilia status.


7. EU Legal Guarantee

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper washing or handling.
